Mawlana Bhasani Science & Technology University (MBSTU) was established at santosh, Tangail in 1999 with a view to provide modern and scientific knowledge through high quality education to the students. This university is the first ot its kind among the public universities in Bangladesh.
The University has experienced and qualified full-time teachers and it also hires, whenever necessary, internationally reputed teachers from home and abroad to teach courses relevant to the continuously changing environment in the world of knowledge. The focus is given on human resource development through constant and appropriate linkage with the job market.
The University arranges seminers, symposia, workshops etc., on different topics with local and international experts in relevant fields aiming at exchanging views and upgrading knowledge.
